Katherine founded the business because she believes your people are your business and the most effective employees are those who are happy, engaged and feel they are constantly developing.   


Katherine has worked in a variety of organisations, including blue-chip and global businesses and the public sector.  She has expertise in L&D strategy, blended learning, designing and delivering training and development programmes and facilitating team days.  She has experience in all aspects of HR, such as organisational design, operational HR, talent and performance, graduate development, diversity and senior leadership programmes.   She is Insights, NLP, Personal Efficiency Programme (PEP),  Myers Briggs and Situational Leadership accredited.


She has a lively and engaging style and experience delivering to a wide range of audiences, from senior directors to front-line staff.  Clients describe Katherine as enthusiastic, adaptable, approachable and insightful.  She understands a business and its needs, is commercially-focused and puts an organisation’s values centre-stage.
